Recent Updates From Pride And
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Throughout life, and especially throughout young adulthood, many of us face major shifts in our identity that can disrupt our view of the world and of ourselves. Whether you are facing a career or job change, starting higher education, becoming sober, or embracing your identity as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am here to help. While change is never easy, we can build skills to lean into uncertainty with ease and navigate the anxiety, mood changes, and existential questions that can accompany a major transition.
After receiving my graduate degree at Fordham University, I worked extensively with adults of all ages maintaining their sobriety, and am trained in SMART Recovery, with a passion for harm reduction. I am also extremely passionate about working with queer individuals who are seeking clarity around their identity and/or working to develop gender euphoria.
I encourage you to reach out to me via phone or email so that we can discuss what you are looking for in therapy!
