Rachel Constance is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping to empower adolescents, adults and senior citizens to find their voice and overcome the debilitating effects of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and major life transitions. Rachel Constance completed her Master's degree in Counseling and Development in 1995 from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York where she learned and about the social/emotional needs of each age group.
Later, in 2000, Rachel Constance Completed her Master of Social Work with a focus in Mental Health from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She utilizes an eclectic approach, with strong emphasis on motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy (PFST), and person-centered therapy (PCT).
There is not one person or group of people who have not experienced trauma, relational challenges and self esteem issues. Rachel is fully confident that she can help you to find your voice, your strengths, and build your own confidence in going through this journey of life.
