I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I strongly believe that we can all be encouraged to dive deeper and to look within ourselves to seek the answers to put in motion much needed change. Often times these messages may be difficult, but soaring over hurdles and obstacles is how we grow most. My goal is to empower you to make changes for YOUR life!
I have worked with many different mental health concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, OCD, self esteem, relationships, and substance abuse. My specialty is adolescent and young adults. My approach to counseling is eclectic and client centered. I believe it is important to meet you where you are at and guide you to your goals.
Seeking counseling can be difficult and overwhelming at times. My approach is friendly, empathetic, collaborative and I promise to provide you with a nonjudgmental, safe, and empowering space for us to work in. I love helping others and I think it shows in my sessions!
