Recent Updates From Sheila Bryan,
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I like to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere when you come to my office. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a relaxed feeling as if you were at home in your living room. I see people for individual, couples/marital, and family therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management, and life stage transitions such as high school/college graduation, retirement, and early exit from the workforce due to disability. My work hours are M-F from 12-8 pm, 7 pm is my last appointment time of the day. Please note, I do not see children under the age of 13.

My main treatment focus is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and learning effective communication and problem solving skills. Please note - I do not do free consultations. If you come to see me, your insurance will be charged or you will need to pay for the visit out of pocket if you do not have insurance.
I am not a provider for MassHealth (in Massachusetts). Also, I do not do court-ordered anger management evaluations, Social Security Disability determinations, Worker's Comp, return to work assessments, or any kind of psychological assessments. As of June 2022, I will no longer be accepting Unicare, Tufts, or Cigna clients.
