Recent Updates From Sarah Trenis
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Each individual and situation is unique. I believe that it is important to focus on the whole person to help aide in discovery of inner strengths and ways to best help oneself. I utilize an eclectic, person-centered approach, use creative outlets and a variety of techniques in my practice while offering a positive and supportive environment for personal growth and development.
I began working with children as a special education teacher and then, went on to pursue my passion, working in mental health and as a counselor. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in group and individual settings to include residential, inpatient, hospitals, intensive in-home, schools, community, and crisis stabilization.
I am currently accepting adolescents (ages 16 and above) and adults.
