I provide mental health counseling services to individuals and families impacted by mental health and life challenges often generated by the complexities of our modern world. These challenges include depression, anxiety ,adults working through childhood sexual abuse traumas, work/life balance and other life challenges. My mission is to help clients help themselves, adapt to the process of change, transition and recovery by engaging in a Client Centered Therapeutic Process. This process is meant to encourage client self awareness, acknowledgement of personal value, exploration of thoughts, feeling, beliefs and behaviors impacting client lives in the here and now.
I provide mental health counseling services to individuals, couples and families ages 9 and up. I have flexible working hours which include evenings and Saturdays to accommodate working individuals and their families.
I have a full-time private practice which also include counseling services for victims of sexual abuse trauma (SOAR, Survivors of Abuse in Recovery).
