Starting therapy is a challenging decision as we typically feel that we should manage things on our own. However, you realize that your symptoms are worsening. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based, solution-focused approach. My goal is to help you build your toolbox with coping skills that you can access anytime. While we are exploring the root of the problem, I will also be providing you with coping strategies to start finding some relief.
