My belief is in whole heart healing...that is, healing of the mind, body and soul. I believe that people have the tools to help heal themselves, but with all of the toxic energy that is around us, those tools get buried or are forgotten. I like to see myself as a conduit for the person's change, evolution and healing. The way I work with clients is to help them find those tools within themselves-teach them new ways to use them in order to become healthy and stay healthy. I work with couples and individuals with a focus on women and women's issues. View 8 Photos I am also a Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher, and if the client is open, can incorporate this lightly into therapy sessions. I am also a sound healing and crystal dreaming practitioner. These healing modalities can be done in addition to psychotherapy. These are not covered by insurance. If interested in these, you can inquire about fees and session times. NOTE: I am currently accepting telehealth clients only. I am NOT accepting new couples for couples therapy, couples can inquire about Intensive Couples Weekends!

Starting therapy is a challenging decision as we typically feel that we should manage things on our own. However, you realize that your symptoms are worsening. It may be getting to the point that it's interfering with your performance at school/work. You are having more difficulties getting out of bed or you may be overwhelmed by everything going on. You start realizing that now you are avoiding things you used to do because it gives you temporary relief from your anxiety. I would like to help you explore the underlying causes and provide you with tools to enjoy the things that are important to you. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based, solution-focused approach. My goal is to help you build your toolbox with coping skills that you can access anytime. While we are exploring the root of the problem, I will also be providing you with coping strategies to start finding some relief. I understand that there may be a lot going on in your life and therapy may seem like adding one more task. However, your mental health is always a priority. If you are ready to start your journey to healing and learning better ways of coping contact me to schedule our first session.
