Profile

While you are uniquely special, your struggles are more common than you think. We all have challenges, and often in very universal ways. It’s all part of the human experience. I believe in the power of processing feelings and experiences as a way of helping us make sense of them. It can be profoundly healing to have a safe space in which to be affirmed and productively challenged. Together we can explore issues related to ambivalence, shame, resilience, boundaries, connection, confidence, and self-development in order to help you fully show up in your life.
I enjoy working with clients who feel marginalized by society (especially the LGBTQ+ Community), those who have complex trauma histories, and clients seeking support with grief and loss. I utilize a variety of evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I believe that you are the foremost expert on yourself; my role is to support you and guide you to become the best version of that self. I create a safe space for you to explore your feelings and make meaningful changes in your life.
