Recent Updates From Delaware Center
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Sometimes, one of the most difficult things for you to do is to find purpose and value in your life when there are so many demands that may pull you in the other direction. In today's world, there is so much involved in keeping everything balanced in a way that meets your needs as well as keeping focused on the things that you value most. Living a valued life is important, but often times it is easy to get side-tracked. Like that saying from John Lennon, "Life happens while you're busy making other plans," we can lose clarity in what means the most to us and we can often end up feeling lost and unsure of how to get back on track.
Through working together and building a working relationship, I will partner with you to bring about healing and a sense of well-being through mindfulness-based counseling. Working together we will explore the skills that empower you to live mindfully and accept the invitation to move toward greater balance, control and participation in your life.
Coming here to find someone to talk to about the challenges you are currently facing in your life is never easy. On one hand, you want to figure out how to manage all of this stuff. On the other hand, it is not easy to start talking to someone you do not know about very personal and meaningful things. I understand the uncertainty, and I am here to help.
