I am trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Experiential Adventure Therapy, Attachment Therapy and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment. I am provide services to children and youth age 3-18 and their parents/guardians. We each face our own unique challenges in life. Sometimes it's difficult to get a clear picture of the problem or see a solution when we are in the middle of our struggle. That's when seeking support from someone like a therapist can help us discover the answers we didn't know we had, since the therapist can see the problem from a different point of view.
