Life and relationships are hard. We often try to manage it on our own, but sometimes it becomes too much to bear. Our thoughts become distorted and we enter into unhealthy cycles of behavior trying to survive. Making the decision to seek psychotherapy requires one to be both brave and vulnerable at the same time. Reaching out for help takes guts and I am always honored to be a part of someone's journey. You remain in control while I walk along side you as a trained listener who helps you to make sense of your experience and encourages you to make desired changes along the way. Don't remain stuck, keep moving forward. While I can assist you with many mental health concerns, I love to help adult survivors of difficult childhoods to process their trauma, understand why they feel and behave as they do, and break unhealthy generational patterns. Choosing a compatible therapist is a very personal and important process. It is my goal to provide a safe space and model a healthy relationship with my clients so they know what to look for in their personal relationships. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to keep moving onward and upward.
