My therapeutic approach provides compassionate, strength-based support with an emphasis on your unique emotional journey. Through empowerment, you will learn to lean into your circumstance, developing practical knowledge to move through the healing process with self-compassion and confidence. A variety of evidence-based interventions are utilized to personalize your care. I will walk beside you in finding your way. Healing and change integration demand active engagement and intention. With empathetic guidance, it is possible to reconcile and feel whole again. View 4 Photos I previously served as a hospice Bereavement Counselor providing innovative, trauma informed, education and therapeutic support to individuals, organizations, groups and families within the NWA community. I have been nominated for the ADEC Clinician of the Year award, the HPCAA hospice heart award and was a featured speaker at the 2021 NHPCO conference. In founding The Sanctuary for Grief, Trauma & Life Transitions, I hope to more broadly meet the emotional needs of the NWA community. My goal is to provide evidence based therapeutic interventions, with a focus on grief, trauma and adjustment, to validate and normalize various types of life and loss experiences.
