I specialize in the treatment of children, teens and adults with anxiety, OCD, ARFID and other eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. I am passionate about providing evidence-based treatment to help you reach your goals, improve your quality of life and achieve lasting recovery. My holistic treatment style allows me to help support my clients in all areas of their mental and physical health. I specialize in working with clients who suffer from ARFID, OCD and other eating disorders. I utilize Brainspotting, traditional ERP and rumination focused ERP. I provide telehealth services only. This often times helps my clients feel comfortable in their own space and also allows me to provide ERP in the space where it is most often needed. Through my personal journey and experience with all types of clients and fields of study, I identified that I am drawn toward working with OCD as well as how it relates to the eating disorder community. And this led me to where I am today. I am hoping to provide empathetic support to those in need.
