Life is not always easy and at times it can take unexpected turns. As a marriage and family therapist I understand the many roles we play as individuals and how they are all interconnected. I understand that relationships with others are important and that at times they might not be working as effectively as one would like. I want to assist you to make those key relationships in your life healthy and that includes the relationship with you. Asking for help is often the first step to making positive changes that can last a lifetime. Let's take that first step together! As a family therapist for the past 10 years, I have learned how to engage families and couples in therapy and work towards solutions. I use a variety of techniques and interventions to suit your needs. I know that the best work is done when I listen to you and your needs. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Nevada, Reno and my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Studies at Arizona State University. The marriage and family degree is a specialty with specific training in family systems.
