You are someone looking to improve your relationships and heal from the past. Through a supportive, safe connection in therapy you can tune into your inner experience, leading to lasting growth and change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is valuable and an integral part of successful therapy. My areas of interest are relationships, life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, prenatal/postpartum support and personal growth. I am a trauma informed, attachment based, relational therapist. Clients describe me as caring, compassionate, present and easy to talk to. Our collaborative relationship will help you bridge your past to your present , let go of old patterns or stories so you can grow and flourish. If you feel busy or overwhelmed by the pace of life, demands and responsibilities, like you just can’t keep up anymore, I can help. My goal is to help others process through this journey of life in a supportive and healthy way. Much of my career has been working with children and families addressing generational substance abuse, poverty, and domestic violence. I also have over 9 years of experience working in the hospice field and working through end of life events. I try to live my life and do my life's work while remembering to be kind because everyone is going through a battle i know nothing about. I hope by understanding the battles others are facing, I can help them understand their value and together we can manage situations that seem unmanageable. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
