Are trauma, anxiety and insecurity controlling your life, preventing you from pursuing your dreams and living life to the fullest? Do you relive the past as if it were happening right now? Your head knows better, but it fails to convince your heart otherwise. As horrible as those experiences were in the past, they continue to zap away your joy and confidence today. You might even avoid situations that trigger the feelings. Are there any lost part of you that you'd like to return to? Do others believe in your competence more than you believe in yourself? What would it be like if life was driven by passion and joy, not fear or shame? I'm Certified in Brainspotting Therapy, a powerful approach that can help accurately access and process deep-seated emotions in the brain. I work with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, psychosomatic issues, chronic pain, medical injuries/anxiety, GAD, phobias, panic, social anxiety, OCD, life transitions, boundaries, inter-generational cultural problems, and depression. Focusing on adults, my approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, process your experiences, release trauma and painful emotions from your body and brain, develop skills to overcome challenges and make meaning out of the ups and downs of life. Our life experiences can lead us to question our identity and purpose in the world we live in. This can lead us to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Do you want to improve how you face challenges, function in your relationships, and face overwhelming feelings? I place heavy importance on addressing trauma. Trauma disintegrates the parts that make up your whole self, which can leave aspects of who you are hidden from your awareness. Left unaddressed, anxiety and depression can worsen, which can rob you of the necessary connection that all human beings need to thrive. I aim to help you process unresolved trauma. I believe in a holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to healing anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I draw upon CBT, narrative and solution-focused therapy to create a safe space for you to share your story, heal difficult emotions, and transcend them in order to live your desired life. I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families in various capacities. I can help you develop practical tools to regulate intense feelings, communicate effectively with others, and develop healthy boundaries. Feel free to book a free consultation.

Have your attempts to create a better relationship left you feeling more disconnected than before? Those trusted ideas from Instagram and TikTok reels, the blogs found through Googling "ways to improve my relationship," and attempts to try talking to your partner about relationship frustrations just aren't helping. The difference between a conversation and conflict feels blurred, and it's almost expected that talking about hard topics will lead to misunderstandings. Having conversations that lead to connection versus loneliness takes skills - ones that no one has probably ever taught you before. What could those skills even be? Couples therapy can help you learn ways to speak gentler with one another, listen to each other, and make repairs after conflict to name a few. Sometimes, "I'm sorry" is not the apology you want to hear and it would feel better if you could hear, "Let's try that again" instead. These small, yet intentional, changes will leave you feeling more connected. If you're ready to improve your relationship, call me today to schedule a free 20-min consult! I would love to hear about what is bringing you into therapy, what you want to work on, and answer any questions you may have about the process. My practice is fully virtual and the couples I work with find so much relief after learning tools to better communicate!

My therapeutic approach mainly focuses on helping my clients identify their strengths to help alleviate anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am a firm believer that our childhood experiences contribute to our beliefs, behavioral patterns, and selecting a romantic partner. Therapy is a process! To allow ourselves to be intimate and vulnerable with someone about our experiences and trauma can be daunting. As a therapist, it is my goal to help validate, create a safe environment and help understand aspects of lived experiences. My extensive clinical training includes working with children, teenagers, and adults with anxiety, depression, and family/childhood trauma. In addition, I have worked with couples who have experienced relational conflicts, extramarital affairs, and sexual difficulties. I also specialize in therapy that focuses on the relationship between the child and parents. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, Gottman method, & Attachment Based Therapy. My area of therapeutic focus stems from the belief that if we learn to narrate our stories and our past, we can begin the process of healing. Please book a free consultation.

I enjoy working with people who have addictions or anxiety or something else weighing them down, working with them for a relatively short period of time, and watching them become energized and passionate about their lives. I believe that my clients know themselves better than anyone else. I work to help my clients achieve their goals. I believe I can best serve people by using what research has shown to be effective. I do not believe therapy should take a long time; most of my clients graduate within 3-6 months. I work on an time-sensitive basis so some require more sessions. I use Cognitive Therapy techniques with demonstrated effectiveness to help people challenge patterns of thinking and behaving that are no longer functional. I help clients develop the skills they need to deal more effectively with whatever is going on in their lives, whether in the present or from the past. I am certified in Cognitive Therapy. I spend time on relapse-prevention for when life throws a curve (sorry, I wish I could say people never had any more problems). I love follow-up calls from people still coping well.

Most men will experience some form of impotence in their lifetime, and the likelihood of developing symptoms increases with age and declining health. Erectile dysfunction can be caused by a number of factors such as poor diet, lack of exercise, smoking, and clogged arteries due to heart problems, or old age. In normal, healthy men, erections are activated by arousal, which activates pleasure centers in the brain. The brain sends messages down the spinal column, ending in the penile arteries. Pressure/shockwave treatments supports athletic sports injuries that can also contribute to inflammation restricting blood flow in the body. GainsWave ED treatment that utilizes pulsed acoustic waves, known in Europe as shockwave therapy, to address the cause of poor sexual performance and athletic sports injuries and pain in men – decreased and insufficient blood flow. Diabetes, high blood pressure, pulled groin, poor sleep, cycling, horse back, are contributing factors to inflammation. When men begin to develop heart disease and high cholesterol, fat builds up around the arteries, and the artery becomes hardened by calcification, preventing sufficient blood flow to tissues. As a result, these processes are resulting in: Difficulty getting an erection for men over 40 Difficulty having pleasurable orgasms Decreased sensitivity Increased.

While therapy can be challenging to face, I try to make the process as easy as possible, hopefully even enjoyable. I enjoy working with adult individuals who are curious about themselves, introspective/reflective, and interested in personal growth and identity development. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 19 years of experience working with individuals who cope with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), and PTSD/CPTSD. My training has been heavily focused on helping people heal from painful experiences while simultaneously deeply learning about themselves. View 12 Photos Because I believe it is important to utilize the quickest yet most effective treatment, the treatment modalities I use are tailored to the individual and their unique needs. I use a combination of traditional talk therapy approaches along with proven brain-based approaches to help clients reach their treatment goals. I like to see patients experience relief and personal growth as quickly as possible, yet without compromising the therapeutic process. It is important to me that individuals can easily/conveniently obtain the help they need to maintain continuity of care. For this reason, I meet with clients both in-person and online, depending on the client's preference.
