I specialize in serving transitional age young adult clients however am very comfortable with teens through mid-life. My clients struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, intense relationships, codependency and substance use. I am certified in EMDR therapy and have completed Level 3 of Gottman Method couple's therapy.
