I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and I work through a depth-psychology lens to pinpoint and heal developmental and trauma wounds by identifying unconscious/subconscious thoughts that create the symptoms that lead you to therapy. Meanwhile, I simultaneously provide knowledge and tools to empower and guide you to discovery of your true Self. During the pandemic I experienced and then trained in brainspotting, which I use in person, online, and over the phone to nuke the source of stubborn symptoms that have not responded to traditional talk therapy. I collaborate with clients dealing with all kinds of issues—depression, anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, body image, OCD, transitions (divorce/breakup, moving, job change, going to college), relationships, sexual/emotional/narcissistic abuse, ADHD, (step-)parenting, grief (various loss), adoption, career, multicultural- and LGBTQ-specific, and more. As a working, divorced, and remarried mom, stepmother, and daughter of divorce and the military, I have had my share of traumatic life challenges. Perhaps because of them, I approach life and people without judgment, just curiosity and compassion. Together we will find solutions, growth, and hope.
