I work with children, adolescents, adults and families. My therapeutic approach is humanistic, strengths-based and attachment-focused. I am a culturally-sensitive clinician, who emphasizes working transparently and collaboratively with clients of all backgrounds and orientations. In an effort to synthesize my love for music with my passion for mental health, I also co-founded Backline Care, a nonprofit organization providing mental health and wellness resources to those in the music industry. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Child Psychology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver with a concentration in Mental Health and Trauma, and will soon complete a postgraduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Denver Family Institute.

I provide services to individuals, couples, and families. I practice a relationship-based psychodynamic approach to therapy. I am certified in EMDR and trained in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I also offer clinical supervision and EMDR consultation services for practitioners. From a range of evidence-based practices, I tailor therapy sessions to the needs of individual clients, finding creative solutions to match a client's unique challenges. I have been working in the mental health field since 2002, in wilderness therapy settings, community mental health systems, hospitals, palliative care, and private practice.
