I strive to make getting help as easy and as accessible as possible by providing in person sessions that can be in your home or in community. I also provide teletherapy session if that works better for your schedule. I believe that therapy is an important part of becoming the person that your pet thinks you are! I utilize cognitive behavioral, client centered, reality, relational and solution focused therapies. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, school issues, parenting and postpartum challenges.
