I try to thoroughly understand my patients and then help them to develop tools they can use to better manage life’s challenges. I believe that partners and family members can overcome most difficulties by taking the time to truly understand each other’s needs and wants. My specialty is working with couples and adults dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, premarital counseling, infidelity, couple enhancement, conflict resolution, sexual difficulties, trauma, parenting (including co-parenting), divorce, and more. I believe that every case is unique and I can learn just as much from my patients as they learn from me. Thus, I try to remain sufficiently flexible in my approach so that the path forward does not feel predetermined. Please note I do not take insurance.
