Using a client-centered approach in an accepting and caring environment, I enjoy working with those who experience issues from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, and life transitional issues, such as marriage, separation, and divorce. You and I will work together to develop your individual goals to reach your greatest potential of well-being. I utilize the most current evidence based treatments in my practice to promote healing of the body and mind. I would love to meet with you to see if I would be a good fit for your needs! I am EMDR certified and trained and can also utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive interweave, and several additional evidence based strategies within EMDR. Also, Emotional Freedom Therapy techniques (EFT) can be used to help to re-process emotional disturbances. Both are used for treatment of trauma as well as other mental health needs. In general, I utilize a client-centered approach with various treatment modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), Relaxation and Stress Management Techniques. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Memory Reconsolidation in Trauma Therapy.
