Hello, I am Kristia. I am happy that you stopped by and hopefully this will be the beginning (or continuation) of your journey to heal, grow, and thrive. I have been happily serving as a therapist for over 25 years and I would not change a thing; this is what I called to do and never considered a "plan B." Being a therapist was my dream and focus since I was 10 years old. You will find me to be nonjudgmental, personable, easy to talk to, and appropriately humorous as we work toward your goals. By the way, I offer Psychotherapy, and Christian Counseling. My graduate studies resulted in degrees in Christian Counseling and Clinical Psychology. For Christians, I integrate Biblical truths to evidenced-based psychological principles in our work together. You do NOT have to be a Christian to see me; I respect where you are, and we do not need to discuss the (as my daughter used to say) "Christianly" things. If you are ready to, roll up your sleeves, as will I, "dig in" and do your work then let's go. I always tell my clients (and they tend to agree) that "That couch takes courage; therapy ain't for the weak."
