When facing life's difficulties, many of us can feel overwhelmed and alone. Therapy is where you are invited to safely connect and build a trusting relationship with someone who will accept you. I see therapy as a space to explore, learn, and heal in order to live a more secure life. I have experience working with diverse populations and most commonly work with adults on issues related to life transitions, depression and mood, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, eating disorders and body image, and relational issues. Utilizing a trauma-sensitive, collaborative, and validating approach to therapy, I determine which methods may best suit my clients depending on their individual needs. I incorporate a variety of modalities and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help client's overcome the ongoing effects of trauma in their lives.

I support people seeking more meaningful and connected relationships with themselves and others. Experienced in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, academic/career related concerns and interpersonal relationships, I help my clients deepen their understanding of themselves, navigate difficult life experiences and develop helpful strategies in order to lead more fulfilling lives. I assist my clients in learning about how the past informs the present in order to establish a new future for themselves. I welcome you and affirm all your identities. I bring a person-centered, relational approach, focusing on a partnership of respect and connection. Informed by psychodynamic theories, NARM and polyvagal theory I value the knowledge our nervous system provides us and engage my clients in mindful, somatic focused, insight-oriented self-exploration as I integrate ACT and CBT. We will work together to help you explore barriers to the life you want to live, and help you connect more with your authentic self.
