We all carry a lot inside that others may not realize. I have personally experienced the power and hope that comes from having someone to come alongside and listen. I provide a safe space for my clients to express emotions and words as they work out life's challenges. I approach therapy from an individual and whole-person approach, looking at health from an emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and mental perspective. My Christian faith has been an integral part of my own healing, and I enjoy helping clients integrate their spirituality into the therapeutic work, if desired. An eclectic perspective best describes my typical sessions. Most often, I use person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused modalities, but I also CBT, DBT, and draw from other types of therapies when they best fit the goals and needs of the individual client. Together, we will work on creating an individualized treatment plan.
