For me, the main goal of counseling is for the client to discover what is important in their life as an individual and to focus on self-improvement. I use a range of modalities in counseling, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, and Christian Counseling. I also specialize in Active Military/Veteran & First Responder Counseling. I am a TeleHealth provider for Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee.
