I know from personal and professional experience how difficult it can be to find a counselor who meets the needs of neurodiverse people, and how frightening it can be as an LGBTQ+ person to navigate the process while feeling safe. Safety is a priority for me, as feeling safe and empowered to make choices is what allows us as human beings to improve and grow! As a person with both autism and ADHD who is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how hard it can be to find a provider who "gets" both aspects of my life. I work from a social justice lens that honors those aspects of our clientele that are neither queer are neurodiverse, too. I love to help, and hope to be able to help you!

"The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new" (Socrates). I am a licensed clinician who strives to empower and support children and adolescents with seeing their full potential and refocusing their energy on desired growth. I support them with managing psychosocial stressors within their day to day lives, provide organizational techniques to support them with improving their academic performance, provide insight into the importance of having and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships and teach healthier ways to cope with other identified symptoms. My private practice is centered on working with children, adolescents and families. I have worked with children and adolescents for over 10 years and have helped many achieve their desired progress by utilizing various treatment modalities. I provide a comfortable and supportive environment for you to begin your journey. I am also affiliated with an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) who provides medication management services if needed. My office is handicap accessible and I offer a flexible schedule, which includes evening hours and weekends.
