With post-graduate training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Expressive Arts Therapy and Mind Body Medicine I am well suited to assist people who struggle with mood and anxiety disorders, grief, past trauma and life transitions. I am particularly interested helping people use the expressive arts in therapy for personal growth and healing. I create a warm, trusting environment in which you can feel safe to express your feelings, and reflect on your relationships, disappointments and successes. My goal is to help you explore your life so that you can heal your losses, make the changes you want, and feel good about yourself.
