I am a social worker with over fourteen years of experience helping teens and their families. I am skilled in working with clients one-on-one with mental health issues (anxiety, depression, self-esteem, mood disorders) common in adolescence, with a specialty in trauma and relationships. Most of the time my work with teens involves talking, trying out new skills to see what feels right, and taking a new look at someone’s sense of self now that they are growing up.
