I utilize an attachment-based perspective in my counseling approach. Additionally, this approach is proven to be beneficial when treating individuals who have experienced traumatic events and a variety of difficult life experiences; leaving you feeling isolated from the meaningful connections you desire. I utilize a sliding scale fee to help you access the quality services you need. I provide statements to you for submission to your insurance company if you have out of network insurance benefits. Phone and video conferencing sessions are also available as needed.
