That can often leave us feeling discouraged, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, frustrated and many other emotions. I am passionate about helping others get through some of the hardest and some of the best seasons of their life. I know that it can be hard and scary to give counseling a try or it seems your problems aren’t big enough to go to counseling, but I say that there is never anything too small or too big to bring into the counseling room. I love working with college students, adult individuals, and couples. I have completed trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is a specialized training in couples and family therapy, and I am undergoing training in EMDR. I am a nationally certified counselor and a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider. You mean a lot to me, and I would love to be able to help you through whatever it is that has you distracted from life. It is a privilege to be a small part of other’s lives and to be able to sit with them through some of life’s greatest challenges.
