I am a rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapist and Trauma-Focused- CBT therapist in the state of NC allowing me to provide specialized trauma treatment to littles and bigs 0-18 and their caregivers. For those that are struggling with anxiety, but have not experienced a trauma don't worry, I offer a mix of CBT and DBT that has helped many overcome anxiety. I know it can be scary to ask for help!
