Licensed in North Carolina, Kansas, and Florida. My ideal clients are people with a history of childhood parental abuse and neglect, feeling stuck in their emotions and life experiences, people who are used to taking care of others more than themselves, and those who are navigating life transition, grief, prolonged depression and sadness, body image, and anxiety. Whether you are new to therapy or in the search for someone new, I want to help you get to the root of what you are experiencing and become unstuck and unburdened so that you can live a life of ease, freedom, and clarity. I am a Certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems ( IFS), womanist/feminist style. I view issues from a social justice lens. I mostly work with women, Black people, People of Color, LGBTQIA+, helping professionals, entrepreneurs , healers, educators, activists, and those who are on an anti-racism journey and divesting from white supremacy culture. Additionally, I am trained and experienced with psychedelic-assisted therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, and the benefits of sacred earth medicine. If you are ready to learn how to love yourself, have healthy relationships, and heal from traumatic experiences, contact me to see how I can help you work through life issues gently and compassionately.
