With over 15 years of experience in the clinical field, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients: preteens, teens, adults of all ages, both men and women, couples, and families. My core belief is that every individual possesses a unique narrative, a tapestry of experiences, emotions, and desires that shape their aspirations for life. Whether you seek a compassionate ear to share your thoughts, to process life-changing events, to discover a deeper sense of self and happiness, or to navigate the complexities of relationships, I'm committed to guiding you towards greater well-being and happiness. From better relationships, to self-improvement, stress management to life transitions, I'm here to support your path to happiness. I've worked with adolescents through school and emotional challenges, guided college students through self-discovery, and helped adults of all ages, with various challenges of their own and couples with diverse complexities. It's common to feel that you can tackle your challenges alone or that they may not warrant professional help. But remember, no issue is too insignificant, and early attention can prevent them from growing into larger concerns. And if they have become larger concerns, let's get them to a more manageable level. Whenever you're ready, I'm here to lend a hand.

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed? Are you struggling to manage your emotions? Maybe you’ve been living with emotional pain or experiencing intrusive thoughts and memories that are affecting your ability to live life fully? These feelings can make life even more challenging! I'll work with you to find what will best meet your needs. I use talk therapy, interwoven with mindfulness, expressive arts, and an awareness of the body and mind connection. My approach is warm and accepting and I strive to assist clients in increasing self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-compassion. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidenced-based treatment designed to help alleviate the symptoms caused by traumatic life events, using the body’s natural ability to heal. It has been shown to help reduce anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, addictive behavior, and somatic complaints. I am a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator and a SoulCollage Facilitator. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a post-masters certificate in addiction counseling from Antioch University New England. I'm passionate about supporting and empowering those I work with in developing the skills to improve their lives.
