I work collaboratively with my patients and their families to understand presenting issues and find ways to efficiently and effectively address symptoms and bring about positive change. Through therapy and neuropsychological assessment, I help my patients develop greater coping strategies, resiliency, and overall improved emotional well-being. Drawing from multiple treatment approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness, I work to help my patients develop adaptive coping strategies and bolster their self-esteem. My approach is compassionate and pragmatic. My goal is to connect with my patients to address presenting problems and improve their quality of life. In addition to being a clinical psychologist, I am also a mother of three children. I know firsthand the challenges of raising children in NYC. I am warm and approachable and understand that seeking psychological help is a big step. I will work with you to help create a plan for symptom relief and greater emotional and behavioral well-being.
