My practice is gentle and focused on supporting you in helping yourself. I offer supportive counseling and empowerment by promoting self-help and self-compassion. My therapy approach includes exploring meaning of what is happening in the here-and-now, what happened before, and in helping you figure out "what now?". Maybe you feel stuck and unsure how to navigate a life transition or adjustment. I work with individuals, couples, and families on healing the ripple effects of trauma, addiction, codependency, and grief. I believe in healing at any age, at any stage. If you think you may have a problem with drugs, alcohol, eating or sex, I am an experienced addictions counselor and will support you by promoting harm reduction, or abstinence - whatever you decide is right for you. If you love someone or have a family member with an addiction I will guide you through your own healing. Life in 2023 is not easy, and many are battling depression, anxiety, addictions, and difficult life transitions. I welcome you into a compassionate space where it is safe to explore, where you can practice becoming your most peaceful self, your real self. Supportive counseling sessions can be one time, as needed, or ongoing. You decide.
