I am an independently licensed MFT and AASECT certified sex therapist. I have spent the majority of my career addressing issues related to sex and sexuality. From couples who may be struggling to individuals concerned something is wrong with them. From adolescents/emerging adults with problematic sexual behaviors to parents who have concerns about their child's sexual development or questions about their behaviors. Regardless of what may be troubling you, what you've been told, or what you are telling yourself, we can work it out. Sex positive therapy supports you seeing yourself, your body & your sexuality as 100% normal. Sexual wellbeing grows when we welcome our desires as completely natural, and experience pleasure and fulfillment in ways that are respectful, safe, sustainable, and healthy. Within an understanding free of shame or negativity, sex positive therapy sees all barriers as surmountable. Be gentle with yourself as you move forward. The fact is, we are all unique. Our definition of sexuality may be very different than someone else’s, and that is perfectly ok.

I work well with people who believe there is a hidden meaning or message in their struggles that can eventually serve as a path to a more soulful life. I see myself as a guide to help companion people through the underworld of depression, anxiety, and PTSD as well as a partner in transforming psychological suffering and intergenerational patterns into the medicine which can ultimately allow individuals and families to become more fully themselves. On the community level, I offer grief groups as well as climate support groups. Please see my website for more details. My doctorate is in depth psychology and integrated healing practices which means that I have been trained to help people use the unconscious to access the pain under their symptoms and transform it into soulfulness. I facilitate this process through dream work, art, insights, synchronicities, somatic psychotherapy, and active listening. Please see my website if you want to learn more. You can schedule a consultation to discuss what you are looking for in therapy and ask me any questions you may have.

Hi, I’m Q Boston. I work with couples who feel divided because of fights about finances. Too many people’s relationships are being destroyed by money problems and it’s leaving them feeling disconnected, lonely, and frustrated. I know how challenging it can be to have productive conversations with your partner about money - especially without it ending in a fight. BUT, I believe that money issues are solvable. I also understand that the issues are often about more than just money and that they take work to get to the root of. So, I now use my 12 years of experience as both a therapist and a financial coach to help hundreds of couples just like you and your partner. I help you communicate more productively about your finances, eliminate your debt, and deepen your emotional connection with each other. To get started, your next step is to schedule a 30-min consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other. You don’t have to go further into debt or keep having fights about money. I can help guide you as you develop a plan for your finances and work to grow and deepen your relationship.

Dreams and nightmares are the royal roads to the unconscious mind. In depth consultation, we work on dreams and allow their hidden meanings to unfold. They offer practical insight, guidance, and inspiration to live out your path in life. Dreams are soul messengers. Once you learn their language, listening to their wisdom helps you face inner truths and nourish practical change. An initial session allows us to get a sense of one another and see if dream work might help you learn about blind spots, gain clarity, and regain your footing in life. After forty years of intensive psychotherapy practice, I limit new consults to three or four sessions. We work to help you find wisdom and light in dream symbols and images. If you are in an acute crisis and require clinical care or medication, I cannot consider your case. Please consult your primary care physician. Even though my practice is at capacity, I may periodically have an opening for dream consultation. Please call to inquire. I look forward to hearing from you and listening to the wisdom of your dreams.

Forty years as a depth psychotherapist, with wisdom gleaned from C.G. Jung and yogic principles, has given me the skills to help people find their own path to meaning, self-awareness, balance and authenticity. Through careful exploration of memory, fears and dreams, I help clients work toward well-being by helping them understand psychic wounds, abandon outmoded patterns of self-protection, and apply useful strategies for handling the inevitable conflicts of daily life. The fundamental idea upon which I base my practice is that the self-reflective process of psychotherapy can bring greater clarity, ease and understanding and can open the door to a rich experience of the immediate present and future possibility.

I provide a warm, down-to-earth, and focused therapeutic environment. Within a mindfulness-based, Jungian approach, I pace our work to help build greater resilience to meet those places where you feel anxious, confused, sad, angry, disappointed or hopeless. These places need attention, care and support. Together we can unravel difficult thoughts and feelings, generate warmth where there is pain and sorrow, find emotional relief, greater well being and a renewed vitality. I specialize in grief and loss, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, dissociation and relationship issues. We all have a deep well of wisdom within. When our strengths and vulnerabilities intermingle, we discover a fuller expression of our personal power and truest gifts. In the work of embodying and voicing unexpressed parts of ourselves, true healing and integration occur. I bring a depth of listening, perceptivity, and compassion into the work. My practice draws strongly on evidence-based, trauma-informed theories in neuroscience and attachment, and Jungian Analytic Psychology. Modalities used include Jungian Sandplay and Dream Work, Janina Fischer's TIST, IFS, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and the neurobiology of attachment.
