I am a therapist licensed in Ohio with over 20 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with adults, teens and children with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD and relationship issues. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, gender identity issues, problems related to divorce and helping adults with parenting issues. I have also helped many people who have experienced abuse and trauma. My approach is to tailor your treatment to meet your goals. I know that taking that first step can be hard and I encourage clients to work at the pace that they are comfortable. I often find that helping to improve self acceptance combined with CBT and a Problem Solving approach is effective. As a therapist, I believe that we all need other people and that therapy is a tool to help us connect and get honest, helpful and compassionate feedback. I do this job because I believe in people and I love watching my clients improve, gain insight and achieve self acceptance. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
