English  |  español Thank you for being here. I appreciate the vulnerability it takes to seek therapeutic care, and I value the trust placed in me. I'm committed to justice and healing, both personally and collectively, valuing anti-racism and mutual aid in my work. I create a warm, safe setting to help you to integrate grief, trauma, altered states, and the esoteric in your life; working towards peace- even in the storm, healing and joy. I practice from Relational-Cultural Feminist Theory. One of my strengths is in recognizing therapy and healing don't happen in isolation -society and structural (in)equity impacts most everything we do. I specialize in trauma recovery, grief and loss, and have worked extensively in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as Narrative Therapy in Hospice. I am thrilled to offer Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and am fully trained in Level I. I also incorporate Art Therapy and spirituality in my sessions. I offer Licensure Supervision for Oregon. If you are processing grief, trauma, emotional loneliness, or any major life transition, I would be honored to work together, and I invite you to call. I offer free 15-20 minute consults via phone. I'm skilled in serving therapists and other helping professionals. All my services are virtual until further notice.

Our early attachment relationships shape our view of self, and our understanding of how we are to be in relationships with others. Throughout our lives, our surrounding environment and life experiences continue to shape and influence these perceptions of who we are, and of our role in the universe. This becomes our unique personal narrative. Counseling provides an opportunity to explore these narratives, uncover hidden strengths, and find healing for our wounds. As a systemically oriented therapist I see how our social, cultural, economic, and spiritual experiences impact our lives and mental health. I believe that, while keeping these lenses in mind, within each client lies inherent strengths to draw from towards healing and growth. My goal is to help my client discover and build upon those strengths. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation from which this work begins. Therefore my goal as your therapist is to provide a warm atmosphere to establish a collaborative relationship with which we can work together through a tailored, integrative approach to meet your needs.
