I work with individuals, couples and families. I especially enjoy working with teenagers and adults. I have a great deal of experience in helping people deal with relational and systemic issues as well as coping with insecurity, difficult transitions and grief. My approach to therapy has always been firmly systemically oriented. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you to be able to help yourself outside of the therapy office.I am very passionate in helping individuals get to the point that they can foster healthy relationships and help people already in relationships encourage growth within their relationship.
