I will work with you to identify approaches that can support your child in a way that fits with your family's culture and parenting style. I will help you find a starting point where your child can first be successful and then gradually guide the family and your child to learn the skills needed to be successful. Parents are juggling so many different balls at once and each child has individual needs. I can help with concerns such as: picky eating, tantruming, sleep disruptions, toileting, not listening, sibling conflict, or other behaviors causing stress at home. I work with concerns across the developmental spectrum including ADHD and ASD. I can help you learn the best strategies that work for your child and for your family. I provide telehealth services to residents of the following states: AL, AZ, AK, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV through PSYPACT.

I have experience using Acceptance and Commitment therapy, providing tools for building mindful awareness, and supporting clients in practicing self-compassion as a route to healing and fulfillment. The foundation of counseling is built on trust and hope. I will meet you where you are and support you in growing towards where you want to go.
