My ideal client is simply an individual who is in need of assistance with help in areas of self-awareness and processing skills. This client would struggle in areas of acceptance and cognitive processing. Their issues could range from anger management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or SUD. They would be in search of ways at which they could implement small changes in their daily routine to produce sustained positive change. Matthew works with clients ranging from late adolescent through adults of all ages. His work involves a combination of several therapeutic approaches including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. Matthew takes a holistic client centered approach . Feel free to reach out whenever you feel you are ready to explore small changes that could alter your outlook. I create a positive and nonjudgemental area where you as the client navigate the pace of your sessions and actively engage in the treatment process
