I am a neurodivergent therapist who's passionate about meeting you where you are, celebrating your strengths and challenging the things that interfere with what matters to you. It is important to me that my clients see therapy as a collaborative process, as I believe you are the ultimate expert on your own experiences. And no matter what brings you to my door, you are worthy of experiencing all the beauty that life has to offer. I use a variety of methods with a focus on strengths-based care & client education. As a neurodivergent person myself, I am also passionate about ND-affirming care. I work most frequently with OCD and/or autism. I work with adults only. I am unable to provide autism assessments myself, but I do have referrals that I'm happy to share upon request. Whether you’ve been in therapy before or you’re seeking therapy for the first time, I know it’s a big decision & I am honored to be considered. If you are unsure how you feel about working together, that's completely normal! To ensure I'm the best fit for your needs, I will do a consultation before we book our first session. I look forward to meeting you!

Are you exhausted by racing thoughts? Are you longing for space to process your emotions and thoughts without fear of judgment? Are nervous and on edge, but you don't know why? I work with individuals and groups experiencing anxiety, depression, family concerns, maternal mental health challenges, parenting challenges, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, existential concerns, and life transitions. I have an eclectic theoretical approach, with particular leanings toward person-centered theory, internal family systems, mindfulness, existentialism approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am trained in (and deeply inspired by) EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is used to treat trauma of all types. I care deeply about the collaborative nature of therapy and the importance of advocacy. I see it as a great privilege to bear witness to another person’s story.

Entering therapy is brave. My goal as a counselor is to create a relationship centered on compassion, openness, and trust, qualities necessary to facilitate healing and growth. All our experiences, from childhood to present day shape us. They impact our relationship with ourselves, others, and how we show up in the world. My role as a counselor is to provide a safe space to allow you to access the emotional and mental blocks that may be limiting fulfillment and joy in your life. Our bodies hold so much internal wisdom, often times we need some guidance slowing down, learning to connect, and listen to their messages. I strive to provide a safe space for clients to process through concerns, by helping you connect to both mind and body. I believe in meeting clients where they’re at and utilize attachment based, somatic work, CBT, and mindfulness modalities in order to do so. I am trauma-informed with all of my work to ensure safety while exploring and ultimately healing. People typically arrive at therapy because they are struggling in some way. However, beyond the struggle and obstacles, you have always had the answers within you. My aim as a counselor is to guide you, so you can access your own truths, answers, and authenticity. If you are ready to find a more authentic "you," please reach out to me to begin your journey!
