If you’re going through a life transition, addressing impulsive behavior and/or addiction, or are just in need of some additional support, therapy can be a great change-agent to help you move toward your goals. I use a humanistic, client-centered focus in my therapeutic approach. I believe consistent, transparent and evidence based support is the most effective to help my clients progress through treatment. I provide clients a safe place to address some of life's most difficult challenges. My services are influenced by psychodynamic theory, CBT informed interventions, EFT, somatic experiencing, Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), Brainspotting, and other evidence informed skills and techniques.
