My ideal client would be those searching for ways to overcome trauma that they have experienced in their life, as well as those struggling to experience a strong, healthy marriage that is based on supporting one another. I also would love to help support parents looking to strengthen their relationships with their children and implement healthy strategies that help build stronger families by working with the entire family towards a place of healing. I use a structural systems based approach to therapy to help identify key themes and patterns within the family system that is causing disruptions and help create healthy patterns to strengthen the family system as a whole. My goal is to walk with and support people as they work to create healthy changes in their life and work through the hurts to move towards a place of healing.

I love working with people who feel pushed out of mainstream society due to their wonderful uniqueness- such as persons who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, or who have developmental delays, chronic physical or mental concerns. Telehealth therapy is really wonderful so you can meet from the comfort of your home. I truly enjoy using a technique called solution-focused so we can see change very quickly. View 4 Photos What change would you like to see in your life? I love seeing people come away from being "stuck" and developing an empowered, self-assured view of themselves. I think it's important to look at a person as a whole being, and not slim someone down to a diagnosis or a problem list. Everyone is different and that is the best part of counseling- getting to know your own uniqueness, creativity and individual talents. I look forward to meeting you and learning about your worldview! Send me an email to get started.
