I'm Listening Counseling Services PLLC provides mental health therapies to individuals ages 12 and up (ages under 12, please email me). I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, compassionate safe space, where therapy is designed specifically for the unique individual. I have worked with the spectrum of mental illnesses focusing on trauma, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety and gender dysphoria. I focus on the whole person with support of evidence based approaches. I hold a MS in Mental Health Counseling. I have my mental health professional and child mental health specialist recognition from Washington state. I work with teens (12+) and adults who struggle to maintain a healthy mental balance. I work with neurodivergent individuals and support symptoms related to ADHD and (mild) Autism. I support symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I support queer individuals in exploring gender, and identities. I am a member of the queer community and am here for you. Therapy should be supportive, fun, and effective. Change can be scary, but it is less scary when you are working with someone who believes in you, hears you, validates you, and can support you in a healthy, creative, and cohesive way. I look forward to meeting you and joining you on your journey.
