Interventions include Trauma Focused CBT, Person Centered, Strength-based, Culturally Sensitive, Solution Focused, Attachment, Theraplay, and Family Systems Approach. Together we can work towards setting realistic attainable goals to foster hope, resilience, and promote independence. I strive to provide a warm and supportive environment for you to explore your struggles, underlying trauma while highlighting your strengths and developing healthy coping skills. I am available on Friday, Saturday and Mondays for video sessions.
