As a therapist, my goal is to empower clients to build fulfilling, values-rich lives. I work with individuals and couples in recovery (The Gottman Method Certified Levels 1&2). We will work together to develop insight, identify personal values, and implement skills that will foster growth. I use an integrated approach including; Gottman Therapy, Adlerian, Schema Based, Solution Focused, Cognitive Processing, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory-Informed, Mindfulness and other skills based therapies/interventions. I approach therapy with directness and a sense of humor.
