Hi, my name is Aaron Nordrum and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Minnesota. I currently work with individuals, specializing in Emotional Support Animal Therapy. I would describe my therapeutic approach as being Client Center as well as Solution Focused as I tend to bring focus back towards the specific goals we are working on and accomplish this by helping clients lean on personal strengths they have while also working on building new ones. My work with couples tends to lean on a Gottman Approach which works on addressing problem areas, building conflict resolution skills, improving love maps, and increasing your emotional bond.

My name is Brandee Silverman I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner and primary therapist at Relationship Revive Therapy. I am licensed in both PA and Florida. I specialize in helping couples, families and individuals navigate the complexities of their relationships. My practice works around the belief that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Rather than treating symptoms or individuals out of context. We will work through an attachment lens which recognizes that our early relationships particularly with our parents, shape how we form emotional bonds and respond to intimacy, dependency, and conflict in later relationships. I will focus on fostering secure emotional bonds and addressing attachment-related issues that couples or individuals may face in their relationships. These can include anxiety, depression, lack of intimacy, breaches in trust, parenting conflicts and many more. Love is built through emotional safety and understanding. Let’s work together to create the connection you deserve.

Many of my clients seek out my services after past attempts at therapy have proven to be unhelpful and end up finding relief within only a few short weeks. I often hear horror stories from clients about having been to multiple therapists, who "just listened" and "didn't really help" them to work through anything. As a therapist, I want to ultimately give you the tools you need to be able to work through stressful situations when they arise, rather than merely listening. Many have described my approach as "no-nonsense", "direct" and empowering. I know how tempting it might be to simply give up, but let's get you back on track. Although I have worked with a wide range of clients and clinical problems throughout my career, I most often work with clients in couples therapy to improve their relationships, as well as in individual therapy for issues ranging from depression and anxiety to substance use and concerns related to sexual orientation and identity. I know that making that initial phone call is a difficult thing to do, but don't give up just yet. Most of my clients tell me, after a fairly short amount of time working together, they no longer need my help; and this is my aim as a therapist - to give you the tools you need to fly solo. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you become the person you want to be. You can learn more about me online. I am currently licensed to practice in the states of Texas, Florida & Connecticut. Additionally, I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method couples therapy. I am also a Certified Medium (Soul Sessions Academy, 2015) and Ordained Interfaith Minister (Universal Life Church, 2015).

Hello wonderful colleagues! I am a native Texan, who also lived in CA and MD, established myself in CT for over a decade, and currently transitioning to MA (#wanderlust). I have been in private practice since 2016, and specialize in couples work. I am advanced trained in EFT, and also use AEDP, Attachment-based, Narrative, and Structural techniques with clients. My primary focus is repair and reconnection work, but I also enjoy uncoupling work, and I'm a trained divorce mediator. I do not wear that hat very often, but I utilize those skills when needed to support uncoupling clients. I also have an interest in ADHD in couples, and looking for opportunities to learn more and assist these clients! If you know of any solid trainings and resources, please pass those along! I have a warm, laid back, curious approach, know my stuff, and prefer a sense of humor in session after a solid break through. My practice stays pretty full, but I generally have a "floater" here and there to take on a new client. I have recently gone full private pay and no longer accept in-network due to....all the reasons (WTF to all the things insurance related!). I am happy to help clients with the out of network process, and also work with the Lyra EAP. As I'm rebuilding in MA, I'd love to meet new colleagues in the area! I'm physically located on the Cape until May 2023 (when I'll be a traveling therapist in Europe for awhile), and offer telehealth only at this time. I look forward to getting to know you! Jacquie
